Given that it's been a while since our last CR/plotting meme, this seemed well overdue!

This post is where you talk about what you are looking for in character relationships, and then respond to other people's posts to plot! You can be as long winded or as brief if you like - as long as you communicate what you are interested in doing.

New to this post is a 'Collective Objectives' section, which will be a toplevel below. This is for coordinating events or efforts that you want the input/organization of multiple characters on, making a big group log, or developing something have broader ramifications for the Carnival moving forward.

There is a form provided below for your convenience, but you don't have to fill everything out! It just needs to be enough information to give your fellow players an idea of what they have to work with.

Ok so Reira stuff we know that's coming and a thing so -shoves that aside- OTHER THINGS

THINGS I'M KINDA EXCITED ABOUT ACTUALLY mostly because this book has been a big fat unknown since it was found.

So Carly of course has a spellbook she stole from the Count of Crows-she actually has the Ink and Pen too, which could mean adding spells possibly? Regardless.

The main point is, once things seem to calm down, she's going to seek the Acquisitioner out, now that she knows a touch more about shadows being a Thing. (I say that like she knows anything beyond 'oh childermass does shadows I guess' which is. Not much, woefully little, but you do you, Carly)

This is a SERIOUS REQUEST so she'll be fairly serious in her approach at least, so Childermass would likely be spared most of her reactivity regardless of how thaaat goes but YEAH

Book written in Shadowspeak, want to look over it with her?? First time she tried it, her shadow started wandering around not listening, so that's a great sign.

We should probably do that Reira thread soon, with the hunt wrapping up.

And he'll be equal parts interested and anxious regarding something stolen from the Count, though he obviously isn't going to be showing the latter there. No idea how much he can help her with it, but I guess we're about to find out. He does have a better grasp on controlling shadows, at least.

The Ringmaster will never let her forget that incident- (She and Strange basically had it fenced with fire while Carly held her head in her hands and Regretted Everything, rip-)

I guess for the finer details we'll have to ask Quix what kind of stuff Childermass' fae aspect lends for this...

Anyway-re: Reira, I've said she'd seek him out when she could of course, but obviously with the hunt and its likely aftermath it's just as easy (or even Easier) for Childermass to be the thread instigator. Inbox or otherwise, I'm fine with whichever you feel makes the most sense.
