scout and papyrus' conversations tend to start with one expressing concern about the other... and somehow wind up talking about death, and the differences of the realities they live with, for a bit? scout seems to humor his questions and strong opinions with equal politeness, and clearly they're both equally willing to run around the roof and walls of a giant mansion, defying gravity like a couple of reckless assholes. are they slightly morbid jock friends?

he'd be caught flat-footed, tbh. someone who's even more about Always Working than him? not even taking the time off to celebrate that everybody didn't die a terrible death?? he's not sure whether to emulate her behavior to work even harder, or insist that they have a party because the circumstances really warrant it.
