Hi everyone!
My name is Lex and I bring you Nui Harime from the manga/anime Kill La Kill. Nui is part human and part alien. She has a number of superhuman attributes as a result, including strength, speed, durability, reflexes and endurance, and she can regenerate from some really graphic and gross injuries. She's also the former Grand Couturier of her mother's international fashion company, so she's surprisingly good at designing/sewing clothes. You can learn more about her in her application.
Nui is being apped in as a veteran who has been with the carnival for two years and two weeks as a designer/tailor. She first showed up during the Robots arc and veteran characters who were around at that point might recall Nui being one of the only people (if not the only person) to enjoy Fashion Planet.
In her time at the carnival and the changes she's undergone, Nui has come to think of everyone in the carnival as her models, and therefore hers. This keeps her more horrible instincts at bay, although some NPCs outside of the carnival haven't been so lucky.
One of her contracts with the Ringmaster gave her magical sight in her damaged eye, which has a few minor abilities. She's also got some hints of really triggery content in her past, so please fill out her Permissions Post.
Nui has been gone for about 6 months (ie. she left just before the game opened), although thanks to time distortion between universes, it only feels like it's been about two months on a very long errand she ran to bring the Ringmaster some extravagent fabric.

His whole carnival history is here, where he joined during the elemental world visit in Year 2. Notable event include the time where he almost lost his head during the Kings Court visit because he flirted with a princess, and when he took the position of Stage Manager at the very end of the Asgardians' visit. (Which is also when he got his wings.)
On D18, Joker is going to call up some of the other veteran workers to make a gift for someone! Would you want him to know that Nui is about and call her too? Joker probably knows that Nui is a shitshow at this point, but he'd also still invite her because, you know. What else is new in this place.

I imagine the point where Joker learned that Nui is a violent little disaster rather than just perky, cute and a bit weird would have been during the vampire war. I could see her mildly creeping a few of the vampires out with her absolute glee while fighting them.

And ah ha.... Yeah, the vampire war is so handy for things like that... Find out which of your coworkers loves murder Way Too Much with this simple step!

This was probably Nui's reaction when the vampires attacked:
