How big are you setting the HB birds as, btw?

I'm setting them at a bit smaller than human size (around three to four feet). Mostly to account for things like Hiyoko using the same classroom as the birds without any trouble and that three legged race she has with Ryouta.

Heh, yeah, Julien's got a weird history where originally he was a Yuuya au that ended up almost unrecognizable. Easier in the end to just make an OC. I'm trying to move away from Yuuya icons!

That makes sense! That's about where I went too. Like in that one page in the manga.
