⇨ The Tourist Trap: OFFICIAL AU ROLE CALL

AU ROLE CALL↴

Now that you've had a week to plan, this is the official role call post for the AU. Please reply to whatever header your character is included in with a summary of their role in Portland, with your character's name in the post subject. You can just copy and paste summaries used in the plotting post if you like, though for the same of mod plotting I would ask that you name and bold any of the following in your descriptions:

Organizations: If your character is in a group or organization of any kind, please bold it! This will be important for the dispensing of IC clues and NPC attention.
NPC Connections: If your character has a powerful NPC of any kind that they are connection to, please list and bold them. The mods will be writing some of these NPCs into the metaplot, and we can't do that if we don't know they exist!
Meetup Points: If your character runs or is affiliated with anything that could be considered a supernatural hangout, it would be useful to make them easy to find, for the sakes of people who want to know what kind of places will be available in Portland for their characters to hang out.

Confirming your concepts in this post is not mandatory, but I would super appreciate anyone who does. If you do not reply to this post, your character will not be tied into the metaplot. Additionally, I will give everyone who does reply a +2 AC point bonus to their next activity check, per character they reply with.

Call All Supervisors!

We are updating the character jobs info page and need your help!

If you play a supervisor we need:

A picture of your character.
Please crop it to be 250 x 250 if you have the ability to do so.

A short paragraph describing how your character functions in their role.
No longer than 700 words please!

There's no due date, but if you dawdle I will hunt you down, so beware! >:]

EDIT FROM QUIX: If you can't make a pic 250 x 250 yourself I can resize it - just make sure it's big enough to be cropped to those dimensions!

TRAILERS & ROOMMATES!↴

It doesn't actually look like that.

Yes, TRAILERS, the remaining thing on everybody's minds! I've gotten a fair few questions about this, but now that all apps have been submitted, I can go ahead with the plan. As you can see, our rooming page looks like this. It's a spreadsheet google doc, and each box represents a different trailer. As explained in the right side of the page, you have two options.

1) You pick your own roommate on an OOC basis and tell me so here.

2) You enter yourself for the ROOMMATE RAFFLE! And later tonight I'll do a random draw to see who from that group rooms with who.

The trailers up at the top are the SUPERVISOR GROVE which is on the other side of some trees. The trailers there may not look any nicer, but the insides are more like full motorhomes. Supervisors can invite in a roommate from the regular workers if they want, or even bunk up with another supervisor, it doesn't matter.

You have to have a roomie unless you have special permission or are supervisor.

GAME CODES↴
The Game Codes have been updated in time for the new batch of app acceptances, so it is no longer BROKEN AS SHIT. This is thanks to

hoasen, who rewrote my code so that it ACTUALLY WORKED and I am extremely thankful. They auto resize, for one, and they are less likely to go bugfuck for nebulous Dreamwidth related reasons in general.

If you put yours up during the first batch of app approvals, I honestly recommend you switch out for the new code. It might take a few minutes, but it will probably save you a lot of headaches later.

RADIO NUMBERS↴
Since not everyone is aware, these are totally random numbers! Pick a sort of unique one for your character, and then it is yours forever! It can be any set of numbers as long as it follows the XXX.XXXXX number format! These are basically chosen ICly, so keep that in mind.

Also try not to take any of the ones listed over here.
