For all that Kaoru is reacting to what's going on around them, she might as well have just run into Misaki and Michelle in the park or something. That dream was odd, as is the sheer number of talking animals - but it doesn't seem like anything to be too concerned about. After all, it makes sense that Michelle wouldn't be the only one out there.
