Papyrus is on egg duty, there's not a whole lot of tagging to be done with an egg but... Papyrus will probably encourage people to arts and crafts all over Strange's shell, so he can find out about that after hatching. In his defense, Sans hatched pretty quickly, and the common theory is that maybe the party or maybe the decorations or maybe just being out and about helped with that.
