Oohh, I'd forgotten that, but now that you say it I remember you mentioning the self-leash idea before; that Tyki's behaving partly because nobody knows and so he can do so w/o suspicion. A kind of novelty and vacation from his usual things. Remind me to go check out some of Allen's threads, I want to see what manner of truce they arrived at. :3c
NGL that's more troubling (to me ooc, probably also to Papyrus) than the overall Noah goal, part because of the specific vs statistic scale, part just because those are some awful details.
I'll drop some of those details and go more metaphorical. The thing of Tyki sparing the guy who begged for mercy - in exchange for using him as a tool to find his allies and kill a lot more people, that's good villainy stuff. The part of the guy's own powers turning on him as a result, that's good tragic stuff. The details after that... It might be best to brush over that with metaphor like "his powers turned him into an egg, and the egg hatched"...
