Since this is a Star Wars specific item and the universes of in-game characters are excluded from this setting, I'm afraid this will be something they won't be able to find for Scout.

edit: and then I re-read the setting and saw the 100 star wars references, however, I would still prefer canon-specific items go through the rewards post.
