Grabbing a simple spell based off of Childermass's tarot card, The Fool, which represents wind.
The simple spell version would be the ability to cause the wind to pick up in his direction of choice (while outside) and influence it enough to, like, blow smoke away, knock someone's hat off, or just have a nice cool breeze to enjoy. I will be spending 30 points to upgrade to a complex spell.
The complex version of it is he can do all of that and plus generate wind indoors, create windstorms like he did as a Harbinger, blow away/knock down people and incoming dangers (idk, like arrows? yeah, arrows) to an extent. He can also use it to move heavier stuff, e.g., direct the sails of a ship.
