She has a magic staff that can fire beams of light shaped like ribbons/hearts/sparkles/whatever, and she has to spin around and shout a ridiculous attack name for them to work. She can also use the staff to fly not unlike a magic witch. Tying into her spark, her powers are more, well, powerful the more she believes in herself!
