The moment Flowey sees Frisk, it's not a feeling of familiarity that comes to him, but of immediate dread. The Frisk that everyone knew here was a killer. While it's against just about everyone and their mother's contracts to kill, that doesn't mean Frisk is safe. After all, after his talk with Sans and even admitting his true identity, he nearly got the bag of bones treatment. He immediately teleports over to a nearby curtain, looking frustrated.
