You don't get OOC rewards for IC jobs like making the dreamcatchers. The IC reward was the only reward for that.

And if that's what they are doing in the background while they are talking or whatever that's fine. So, in this case, it would basically be Yuugi interacting with the game booths and/or waiting for customers.
