Do Supervisors get any more of a heads up or specific warnings of what to expect here, or what RM is trying to do, or are they in the dark as much as anyone else?

Will characters be able to return to the Carnival during their stay at all, or will they be forced to remain in the Prince's realm for the duration of this world stop (and is there some IC idea of how long that will take)?

Lastly, and this is probably obvious: what can characters bring in terms of weapons/self-defense, and are there consequences for using offensive/protective magic?
