Don't mind Strange as he just kind of soaks up that attention. Look at him, he knows he's amazing, of course 9S would think that much. The fish continues to 'swim' through the air, moving towards 9S as it does so. A scan would reveal that the fish isn't biological in the slightest. It's dirt, held together an animated by the strength of Strange's magic.
