You just gotta track her down and tell her you want to work for her, and you can work out the payment from there." He pauses for a moment, and then his grin widens and he leans over to her conspiratorially. "Papyrus already hashed out a deal to get the barrier taken down, if everything goes according to plan. Hard to beat that, huh?"
He's selling it more optimistically than he actually feels about it, but hey. It's Alphys. She needs all the help she can get.
