Blue Diamond is a full blooded demon and mother to a half-breed that is not quite ever living up to her hopes of being properly diabolical. Although she has a long history of happily tempting all kinds of mortals into evil using any means she has on hand, the past two decades have been spent mostly starting her family and no longer getting involved in politics or much by way of trouble. She still maintains her infernal contacts and has no problem with people stopping for a visit so long as they don't bring risk to her family. Over the years she's come to have a solid finger on the pulse of all juicy devilish gossip going on, and has no issues with sharing anything she hears.

If she had any master before settling in Portland, she never speaks of them and shows no inclination to go looking, but she does always keep tabs on the diabolical goings-on of the area in the hopes of finding something her boy might take interest in.

So far it's utterly failed.

Blue will be regaining her memories of her self as a Diamond in a week or two into the event, whereupon she will run into Serious Issues.
