First up, Carly's demon pal in the AU is straight up the demon of the nazca, he was definitely more South Amerid before moving up north, but he was Also um. Definitely more your 'eat souls, drink blood' variety (which is why Carly won't be suspicious when Aslla finally decides to try asking for that fun stuff). And as of even 'recent' times still was, far as Carly knows.
This is where things are gonna get awkward.
First off, Carly and Aslla have a rather similar relationship in this AU. Aslla's end doesn't much matter-as much as the above is there (if only so that other demonic sorts can go 'geeze you're far from home' and btw I'd be amused as heck if like. 5000 years ago or something they had a fight and aslla was creamed or some shit haha)...Aslla doesn't remember any of it, he just has his canon memories.
He kinda just woke up in Carly's shadow (as usual) and had Carly ask what he wanted (not as usual) and then proceeded to use her chattiness to fill in the blanks. He is having Fun.

TlDR on Carly is she's an investigative reporter who generally goes and writes stuff for those 'sketchy magazines' that are actually pretty handy info sources for anyone in the supernatural-scene; before she got into this though, she was investigating some sketch activity regarding a bike gang war (hi team sat), fell in love with a dude named Jackson (HAH YEAH), anddddd almost died. DETAILS ARE FUZZY FOR HER, SHE DOESN'T KNOW IF JACKSON IS DEAD OR ALIVE OR MISSING (she's assuming dead), but Aslla supposedly saved her ass and offered to save his, in exchange for ~Eternal Servitude~.
So basically now Carly's a Warlock; hellfire magic and everything, at the cost of having to listen to shadowfeatherbutt. She lives in an apartment, has an iguana (hi marowak), and right now is driving all over the place investigating.
Sinceeeee she has a Not Jack in her AU, I'm gonna assume it'll be easier on both of us if their AU selves didn't know each other...but also that'll make it easier to muck around with like. Jack chasing after what's basically a memory ghost while Carly's like '????who the fuck'
While Aslla taunts someone who doesn't even remember why he is being taunted what the fuck is a signer you horrible shadow fiend!!!
This also makes things potentially horribly painful when she does some super gross bloody rituals to jank some souls for aslla only to realize wait i didn't have to do that......................
