I like the idea of a decay being moral and not... like, physical or neurological.
I was actually gonna give him a reprieve from decay in general but actually, making it more of a struggle for him to make the right choices sounds really fun??
We could argue it being incidental, maybe as a side effect of Psi having taken some soul from Foster? Just, like... he has to work a little more at making the right choice, nothing major.
Combined with the hedonistic aspect of Psi's demon nature (hypersexuality, why are you somehow a universal constant for Foster???) I imagine it's... well, nothing horrific but sometimes he still has a moment of like, that shouldn't have been a complicated choice, my guy.
