Papyrus AU Plotting

Papyrus is gonna be a human warlock with a partial memory wipe who looks like the nerd in this icon (thanks simonsoys).

AT FIRST, he barely remembers anything of the traveling circus of mutating people. It's mostly scattered bits like a guy who sounds like his dad but looks like a skeleton in a labcoat, or a lady who sounds and acts like his older sister but looks like a fish in armor. So he'll start out thinking his demon buddy is messing with him, or maybe giving him precognitive visions of his future unlife in the skeleton war? Who knew his demon was a meme-loving shit.

Papyrus isn't exactly getting in touch with them about it, because as funny as discussing those totally-just-dreams would be, he's kinda keeping his distance from most of his family right now. There's some mages, proper learning mages, and sticking to phone contact is the best way to keep them from getting upset at him for getting in over his head with the whole infernal contract deal. It's fine, he's going to make it work, there's no reason to worry!!!

He's attending a local college part time, just a couple classes, in between his exploration into whatever magical abilities he's gotten out of his deal (and totally-sincere friendship, or maybe it's not sincere yet but he's going to win that demon over eventually). He's something of a trustfund baby, one of those mythical young adults with enough financial support from his family that he's never really had to worry about bills.

Out of some idea that you're supposed to get real world working experience, he's working a "job" as a intermittent, on-demand dogsitter. It's a great plan, especially since he's always got his phone on him, and is ready to skip out on classes to go hang out with dogs, and most especially because he has a dog. One who might be part hellhound and might secretly be a pokemon on the inside.

Oh, and he's definitely still rocking the weird mild precognitive? reality-bending? power courtesy of the mushi plot, though here it's thanks to the warlock gig. I'm not yet sure what else he has going on there. So that's a convenient hook for him to go hey, that person's familiar/important even if he doesn't outright remember carnival stuff yet.

Potential CR
- Anybody who can sense warlockness, whether they get offended by it, or concerned for his well-being and sanity, or want to use him to pass on messages in whatever demonic power games
- Classmates from college, neighbors, other sorts of casual acquaintances
- Maybe even a roommate!
- Other relatives
