ayyyyy homeless changelings unite! Allen has taken it upon himself to protect all the homeless, especially changelings and other supernaturals. He runs a support/rebel group to protect against Torchlight and the government, and while it's still gaining power, he's all over the city as support.

Maybe they already know each other, or Allen tries to break into a car for some quick cash and finds a homeless changeling living in it!! Either way, Allen will use his Sanctuary connections to get Ginko clothes and a hot meal. This is pretty much his entire life right now, just looking out for his own.
