Allen is a homeless changeling with Winter Court traits; he was in an orphanage until he was 8, when they kicked him out for displaying fae traits. He probably struggled on the streets before finding his way to one of the safe houses. He stayed there for a short while before moving on to the next one, and that went on for a few months up to maybe a year? Wherein he stayed on the streets; he was completely paranoid and didn't trust a soul.

Now that he's older, he still lives on the streets, but he's optimistic about changing things. (Resentment can be a strong driving force.) He's got a support group for all supernaturals that doubles as a defensive rebel group. His aim is to connect every supernatural and psychic in a supportive community with plenty of communication, in order to keep them safe and defend against Torchlight and government coverups. He probably works in tandem with her at this point, finding out who's in the main house Sanctuary, and telling the homeless supernaturals he knows to find supplies there. If they don't work together directly, she's at least heard of him from the homeless that drop by or stay. He keeps tabs on Everybody he can. Maybe she remembers him from when he was an angry, bitter child!
