Tamaki is going to be a ghost who has full amnesia. He "died" somewhat recently (maybe two years ago or so, he doesn't remember for sure) due to severe neglect (I don't have exact concrete details thought out and I might just leave it vague but the point is life was Rough).
He's currently haunting the college dorm that Snake and Sora live in! He's a temper-tantruming throwing brat who kicks things around the room when people aren't paying adequate attention to him. Also he's always hungry but can't eat anything.
CR Opportunities!
1. Other people in the dorm if there are any - Tamaki will mostly hang around Snake's room but he might come out into the common areas or float around outside.
2. People who knew Tamaki before his death? He was an orphan who lived in a really shitty and overcrowded foster home and probably spent a lot of time roaming the streets.
3. Possible run-ins with the law? He's gotten in trouble for minor things like truancy and graffiti and skateboarding where he's not supposed to be.
