Lambert has two foster siblings, Peridot and Miko. They're both werebeasts, he's still 100% human and more or less their ~guardian~ at this point, don't look at the logic there too hard because they sure aren't thinking about it!

Anyway, this means he probably at least knows a bit about were biology etc, not yet sure of his involvement with the Pack (but you'd better not be giving his sisters shit dammit) &c. He also probably starts a lot of threads on whatever the Reddit equivalent in this world is asking for help about were stuff, people get so annoyed with him.
