Admittedly, it's been some time since Johan last saw Ginko, but he still recognises him. Well, there are not very many one-eyed, white-haired men, even in a place like the Carnival.

The rat king is... newer. He stops for a few minutes to watch Ginko pushing and bribing and outright scolding the massive, multi-headed beast. When Ginko notices him, he answers by means of a vague smile before approaching the menagerie,

"I don't think humanising it will be much help..."
